Greeting Homeowners! Casitas Coronado has a new website.
Here is how our new website works:
ABOUT - Information about our community for current and potentially new homeowners.
ASSOCIATION - This part of the website has (4) sections, which includes Work Orders, Documents, Directors, and Minutes.
Works Orders can now be submitted via our online form, which will then email the information to our management company in order for them to have an electronic record of the work order.
Within the Documents section, you will find various governing documents for our Homeowners Association. These documents include our Declaration, Book of Resolutions, Delinquency Policy, Clubhouse & Pool Rental Agreements, and Architectural Review Application.
The Directors section lists our community leadership and who currently serves on the Casitas Coronado Board of Directors.
All of our previous Board Meeting Minutes are available for download as far back as 2012. Updates of older Meeting Minutes are coming soon as we need to go through our archives to find the correct documents with our management company.
